PAST EXHIBITION:
BEYOND THE WILDERNESS
- AN EXHIBITION REFLECTING THE THEME OF LENT
The exhibition reflects the theme of Lent using local artists from the area, moot members and more widely from London. The workshops aim to work with local people – whether they are residents or commuters, exploring the themes of ‘journey’ and ‘wilderness’. The event/s are accessible and exploratory.
BEYOND THE WILDERNESS comes from Moot Community Arts, a developing community of spiritual travellers based at St Matthews Church of England Church, Westminster, who are seeking to find a means of living a life that is honest to God and honest to now. It is part of the emerging church movement, looking at new ways of ‘being church’ in the city.
